氨基嘧啶CHIR99021是目前為止報(bào)道的選擇性zui強(qiáng)的GSK-3β抑制劑。與其他強(qiáng)效的GSK-3抑制劑相比,CHIR99021不會(huì)交叉抑制細(xì)胞周期蛋白依賴性激酶(CDKs),對(duì)GSK-3β的選擇性是對(duì)CDKs的350倍。與抑制MAPK來源的分化誘導(dǎo)信號(hào)聯(lián)合,使用CHIR99021阻斷 GSK-3β信號(hào)使得胚胎干細(xì)胞能自我更新。
